Crew leaders are trained and certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification program.
24 Hour Emergency Service
24 Emergency service is available 7 days a week to provide temporary services to aid in minimizing property damage.
Insurance Claim Specialist
Our service representatives are insurance claim specialists. We understand that for most clients, this is the first time that they have had to file a claim through your insurance company. We are well trained and experienced in the claim handling process and in dealing with the insurance adjusters. Our service will walk you through the process with ease and handle the majority of contact for you.
Family Owned & Operated
Artisan Restoration is family owned and operated. We will provide you with excellent service and experienced technicians. We require criminal background checks and all of our employees for the safety of our clients and their assets. We would not permit anyone onto your premises that we would not trust in our own home. The majority of all our work is handled by our employees, with the exception of specialized fields such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, that should be performed by certified and trained personnel in that field. All of our subcontracted work is performed by subcontractors that we have prescreened and have had a long-standing relationship with them and their services. We subcontract less than 25% or our business, which enables us to have more control over the progression of each job. Labor pools are never used!
